This is how we protect SunChia from oxidation

The tiny chia seed has a history and tradition of more than 3,500 years in the Aztec and Mayans civilizations, thanks to its natural, quality nutrients. Chia oil is the richest source of omega-3 found in nature, with at least 60%of omega-3 alpha linolenic acid (ALA), a polyunsaturated fatty acid that consumers are seeking as part of a healthy diet. However, often these healthy oils are rather sensitive to oxidation.
